3D Manifesto explores the exciting world of Stereo-3D photography, as seen through the magical wonder tech of red/cyan 3D glasses. It's mostly a photo gallery, partly a blog, and very rarely updated.

In my non-photo-hobby time I develop video games and VR experiences, independently and for clients.

The Nightmare Before Christmas, photos from the set

If you're reading this site you've probably already seen the 3D re-release of The Nightmare Before Christmas. And if you're like me, you loved every minute of it. But long before the concept of 3D movie conversions, there was Joel Fletcher.

He writes:

I was an animator at Skellington Productions for THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS in the early nineties. Whenever possible, I took the initiative to photograph the amazing setups in 3D stereo. I photographed them with my Nikon stereo rig on Kodachrome slide film. The stereo pairs were digitally scanned and converted to anaglyph format for this presentation. They are a testament to the outstanding artistry of the crew of Skellington Productions.

Awesome stuff. View the rest of the gallery at JoelFletcher.com.

Haven't seen this amazing film in 3D? Check it out on 3D Blu-ray!
